At Dog Friendly NH, we don’t just want vendor tables—we want mini experiences! We’re looking for businesses who take pride in their presentation and want to create something eye-catching, warm, and fun for our guests. Think: cozy setups, decorative touches, seasonal displays, creative signage, and inviting layouts that make people stop, shop, and smile.
Whether you're bringing vendors of ALL kinds, handcrafted goods, pet products, services, or tasty treats, we encourage you to bring your brand to life in your space. Our most successful vendors go all out—bring the charm, the theme, and the wow factor!
Vendor Booth Options:
Vendor booth options and pricing
 
Standard 10×10 booth – $120
• Up to 10×10 footprint.
• Map planned and assigned by us.
• All booths are in high-traffic areas with thousands of attendees.
Double space 10×20 – $200
• Two adjacent 10×10 spaces for more room and presence.
Split Booth 10×10 tent – $75
• Half of a provided 10×10 tent (approx. 5×10 space).
• You bring your own table(s) and setup; tent is shared with another vendor.
• Tent provided; one of you will set it up.
Pick-your-spot upgrade (20 booths available)
• If location matters, you can pay to pick your spot. Final map will be released you get to pick your spot in the order of purchase ( 1st paid for space picks their space first and so on ) .

Kid Zone booths – $80
• Must feature a free carnival-style game or activity as the main part of your booth.
• Selling products or services is allowed, but the free activity must be front and center.
Vendor bag sponsor
• Every guest receives a bag at the entrance and each vendor gets bags to hand out.
• Small logo on the bag – $45
• Large logo on the bag – $85
Dog water station sponsor Free 
• Bring gallons of water and disposable bowls for single use.
• We provide the signage so guests know your booth is a water station.
Other details
• Admission is $1 per person; dogs are free.
• Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, and displays.
• Spaces are first-come, first-served within each option until full.
• Final map and instructions will be sent once selections are complete.
Financial assistance
If booth fees are a challenge, you can apply for assistance through Dog Friendly New Hampshire. Options include discounts or work-off-your-fees arrangements.
