Refund and Event Credit Policy
Our events are rain or shine and will only be canceled if weather conditions are extreme or dangerous.
If Dog Friendly New Hampshire cancels an event due to dangerous conditions, all vendors will receive a credit that can be applied to any future Dog Friendly New Hampshire event.
Vendor registrations are confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
Cancellations made between 60 days and 31 days before the event are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for an event credit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund or event credit unless requested and authorized by DFNH at decisions are at the discretion of Dog Friendly New Hampshire.
Event credits may be used toward a future Dog Friendly New Hampshire event within one calendar year of the original event date unless otherwise stated.
No refunds or event credits will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the event, failure to appear, or early departure.
By registering and submitting payment, vendors acknowledge and agree to this refund and event credit policy.
