WHEREAS, DFNH desires to host a Bark Market event at Kopek Agility & Café, and the Venue Host agrees to provide the space under the terms outlined below.

1. EVENT DETAILS

• Event Name: Dog Friendly NH Bark Market

• Location: Kopek Agility & Café, 1328 Hooksett Rd, Suite 16, Hooksett, NH 03106

• Date & Time: Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Set-Up: DFNH team may begin setup at 7:00 AM

• Vendor Arrival: Vendors may arrive at 8:00 AM

• Take-Down: Vendors must pack up by 4:00 PM

• Clean-Up: DFNH will remain on-site for final clean-up after vendors have departed.

• Event Type: Indoor Event (No Postponements or Cancellations Unless a Major Emergency Occurs)

2. VENUE HOST TERMS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Agreement to Host in Exchange for Advertising & Exposure:

   • The Venue Host agrees to host the event at no cost in exchange for advertising exposure and direct viewership of their facility.

   • The Venue Host will be included in all marketing promotions reaching an estimated 100,000+ people through DFNH’s social media, website, email campaigns, and event listings.

   • Marketing will clearly describe Kopek Agility & Café, what they offer, and its full range of services.

2. Sales & Financials:

   • Ticket sales will go to DFNH and will be used to fund the event, staffing, marketing, promotions, and event-related expenses.

   • The Venue Host will not receive a portion of ticket sales or vendor fees, as DFNH is solely responsible for covering event costs.

   • However, the Venue Host may operate a booth at the event and sell any products, food, or services they wish.

3. Facility Use & Access:

   • The Venue Host agrees to provide clean, accessible, and functional event space suitable for vendors and attendees.

   • The Venue Host will ensure access to restrooms, general accommodations, and electricity (if applicable).

3. DOG FRIENDLY NH (DFNH) RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Event Operations & Vendor Coordination:

   • DFNH will manage event logistics, vendor registration, and ensure all vendors comply with event policies.

   • DFNH will oversee setup, vendor placement, and smooth event execution.

2. Marketing & Advertising:

   • DFNH will promote Kopek Agility & Café extensively through social media campaigns, newsletters, website highlights, and dedicated event marketing materials.

   • The Venue Host will be featured prominently as the official event location.

3. Event Insurance & Liability Coverage:

   • DFNH will provide event insurance covering general liability for the duration of the event.

   • DFNH assumes no liability for incidents caused by individual vendors, attendees, or third parties.

4. Clean-Up & Maintenance:

   • DFNH will ensure the venue is left in its original condition and will handle all post-event cleanup.

4. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By signing this agreement, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above.
