Brought my pet in for first groom @10 months old. Dog was a wreck and didn’t cooperate. But the owner didn’t charge me and in fact took 30 minutes to talk me thru some things I can do at home to prep them. We booked a follow appointment in 2 weeks to connect on my dogs progress. She also called and followed up to see if I had questions?! Owner is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Business is clean, bright, smells great, and extremely pet friendly and overall welcoming.
